State Requirements for the State of Mississippi
Hours required by the state: 60 hours
Completion of real estate pre-license course at a Mississippi-approved real estate education provider. Enroll now at Maselle Real Estate Institute.
Certification: After successful completion of the course, Maselle Real Estate Institute will issue you a Proof of Completion certificate in support of the real estate license application.
Pre-requisites:
1. You must be a resident of Mississippi when you apply for your Mississippi real estate license.
2. You must be at least 18 years old.
3. Complete 60-hour Salesperson Pre-Licensing Course. Enroll now at Maselle Real Estate Institute.
4. File your Mississippi Real Estate License application.
5. Take and pass the Mississippi Real Estate examination.
Limitations:
1. Students are given 6 months from enrollment to complete an individual course.
2. Students cannot receive credit for completing more than 8 hours in a course per day.
3. Students are not allowed to finish a course in less than 8 days therefore, the proctored final examination is accessible only after the 8th day from starting the course.
