In the state of Mississippi, we offer pre-license real estate education both as self-paced courses (60 credit hours) and, during select periods, as "blended" live and self-paced courses that integrate strategically developed live online instruction for certain core components with self-paced online learning for other content areas.

Beginning in Winter 2023, for the state of Tennessee we will be offering comprehensive pre-license real estate education courses. ARELLO approved & TN real estate commission approved, MCI's Tennessee pre-license courses feature our signature dual audio/visual delivery for enhanced self-paced learning across all student needs and study styles. Great for adult learners with hearing or visual challenges, the immersive dual-delivery format can also improve the online course experience for neurodivergent learners, those studying in a high-distraction environment, and anyone who prefers a little storytelling to go with their text!
