State Requirements for the State of Tennessee
Hours required by the state: 90 hours

60 Hour Principle of Real Estate

30 Hour Course for New Affiliates
Completion of real estate pre-license course at a Tennessee-approved pre-license education provider. Enroll now at Maselle Real Estate Institute.
Final Exam Instructions and Proctoring: The state requires that your final exam course will be proctored and you achieve a score of 70% or higher.
Certification: After successful completion of the course, Maselle Real Estate Institute will issue you a Proof of Completion certificate in support of the real estate license application.
Pre-requisites:
1. You must be a US citizen, permanent resident or legally present in the US.
2. You must be at least 18 years old.
3. You must have proof of High School graduation or GED.
4. You must have proof that you are a bonafide permanent resident in the US.
5. You must not have been convicted of a felony or any crime involving moral turpitude.
6. You must not have a real estate license application or license rejected or revoked in the last 2 years.
Limitations:
1. Tennessee Real Estate Commission (TREC) requires applicants for the state exam to submit fingerprints. Only fingerprints taken through the L1 Morpho Trust USA system with the TREC OIR identifying number can be accepted.
