State Requirements for the State of Alabama


Hours required by the state:             60 hours


Final Exam Instructions and Proctoring:  The state requires that your final exam course will be proctored and you achieve a score of 70% or higher.

Temporary ID: You have to pre-register with the Alabama Real Estate Commission prior to your pre-license course exam to allow for scheduling of the exam and issuance of the license. 

Certification: After  successful completion of the course, Maselle Real Estate Institute will issue you a Proof of Completion certificate in support of the Real Estate license application.



Pre-requisites:

1. You must be a US citizen, permanent resident or legally present in the US.

2. You must be at least 19 years old.

3. You must have proof of High School graduation.

4. You must have proof that you are a bonafide permanent resident in the US.

5. You must not have been convicted of a felony or any crime involving moral turpitude.

6. You must not have a real estate license application or license rejected or revoked in the last 2 years.
